Our Passport office will resume accepting applications for passports effective Tuesday, October 6, 2020 by appointment only. Only two applicants are allowed in the office at a time and masks must be worn. Families with more than 2 family members are allowed in the office together.
Our Passport office is located at 415 Goode St. Please call 985-868-7113 for an appointment. Appointments are accepted from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The mandatory pre-election course of instruction for ALL Commissioners in Charge/Commissioners and new Commissioners is set for October 28, 2020 at the Municipal Auditorium for 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The Supreme Court of Louisiana has established certain categories of persons who may claim an exemption from jury service. These are:
Persons who have served as a Juror during a period of two (2) years immediately preceding their report date;
All persons over the age of seventy (70) years old.
One must expressly claim an exemption. It is not automatically granted.
If you have been summoned for Jury Duty and wish to claim one of these exemptions, please contact the District Court Coordinator's Office at 985-873-6589.
