Our Passport office will resume accepting applications for passports effective Tuesday, October 6, 2020 by appointment only. Only two applicants are allowed in the office at a time and masks must be worn. Families with more than 2 family members are allowed in the office together.
Our Passport office is located at 415 Goode St. Please call 985-868-7113 for an appointment. Appointments are accepted from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Criminal Processing Department

The Criminal Department is divided into two sections:
CriminalProcessing Department – files all Criminal pleadings and issues notices thereof. They issue subpoenas for Criminal trials and hearings. They also input all arraignments, motions, trials and other hearings on the Criminal Court calendar. The Index Books for Criminal charges dating back to the 1900's are also available in this division of the Criminal Department.
Criminal Records Department – maintains and controls all Criminal (felony, misdemeanor and traffic) records, Criminal non-support records, and Juvenile records. Click here for Criminal Records Department.
The Criminal Processing Department is located in the basement of the Clerk of Court's Office.

The Criminal Processing Department is responsible for filing all formal charges from the District Attorney’s Office of the 32nd Judicial District Court in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. The department handles all felony, misdemeanor and traffic charges which are handled within the 32nd Judicial District Court system.
The Criminal Department issues subpoenas, bench warrants, files extradition papers, sends notice of judgment to the bondsman and bonding company when Judgments of Forfeiture have been rendered, expunges criminal and traffic records, and conducts criminal background searches for a fee.
The Criminal Processing Department also files all Juvenile Delinquent and Child(ren) in Need of Care Charges. All juvenile proceedings are confidential and cannot be viewed by the public without a valid Court Order. Criminal non-support charges and files are also maintained by the Criminal Processing Department.
